One day our neighbors hired someone to come saw off half of their window bars on the front of their apt. Having way too much free time we put all our energy in to figuring out what the purpose of this action was. Perhaps they wanted more freedom, maybe the bars were broken or rusted and were in need of repair. Thinking the second was the most logical we settled the subject. The next day the first floor neighbors moved their couches ouside with sheets over them. Then the electric company shows up with their truck with the arm that elavates them to unreachable lines and poles. Apparently our neighbors on the third floor had bought the couches of our first floor neighbors....
